Meeting Minutes – REGULAR Meeting

02.19.13 6:30 pm

Location:  Ouray Baptist Church, Ouray



Meeting called to order at 6:38pm


Regular club officers present Dave Coleman, Gayle Buske, Barbara Cole, Bob Cole, Bob Morss, Mike Ardoin

Not present:  Mike Fedel

General members present:  Jim Buske, John Tjossem, Robert McGowan, Nick Peck (new), Tony Schmidt (new), Kyle Benke (new)

Non members present: 

Minutes:  Minutes from 01.21.13 were approved with no changes.

President’s report by Bob Morss

1.       Building removal is imminent

Treasurer’s report by Barbara Cole

Account balance:  $11,773.00, however taxes approved last month must come out yet.

Bills:      Approved $348.24 property taxes, $44.00 post office box fee for 2013, $43.97 to Avalanche Graphix for membership printing.  Bringing new balance after all payments to $9086.79.

Income:               $225 in memberships and renewals

Treasurer’s report accepted.

Reports of committees

Membership Committee Report (Bob, Dave, Gayle, Jim, Mike A)  No report but the membership committee needs to get the membership letters out for 2013-14.  This will be done at next regular meeting.

Goals Committee Report  (Bob, Bob, Barbara, Gayle, Mike A, Jim, Mike F)

No meeting, but committee needs to meet to formulate 2013 budget.  This will be done at next regular meeting.

Women On Target Committee Report (Gayle B, Mike A, Bob C, Bob M, Jim B, Barbara C, Dave C, John Y)

                WOT Committee recommends that we not hold a WOT event this year.  Passed unanimously.

                Special Shoot Committee Report (Bob Morss, Bob Cole, Barbara Cole, Jim, Mike F, Mike A, Tony S.)

                No meeting/no report

                Hunter’s Safety Committee Report (John Tjossem)
